     This is like your a doctor recommending a solution. You are showing your experience and that you have listened to their needs.

 “So from what you’ve told me I would recommend a visit from one of our field sales managers to show you your options. Now how is your diary looking for week commencing...?”

When you recommend something (and obviously after building rapport) it makes you stand out as a more authoritative figure and more authoritative figures have been proven to be more persuasive.
So be confident in yourself and use the 'I Recommend Close.'
